Tahoe Live takes place in the parking lot next to the Palisades Tahoe Aerial Tram, just a five-minute walk from the Village.

We ask all guests to join us in this shared commitment:
- Pack it in, pack it out: Dispose of waste responsibly and leave the mountain as you found it.
- Bring reusables: Use refillable water bottles, cups, and utensils to help eliminate single-use plastics.
- Choose sustainable transportation: Whenever possible, walk, bike, carpool, or use public transportation to reduce emissions and ease the impact on local resources.
- Leave it better: Every small action makes a big difference. Be mindful of your footprint and help preserve the beauty that makes this place so special.
Parking Information
Overnight parking is NOT permitted
Vehicles left on-site after hours will be towed at the owner’s expense. Please refer to our Uber/Lyft section for more information on rideshare options and pick-up locations.

ADA parking will be available for individuals with valid handicap placards, plates, or permits, along with proof of ownership or authorization to use them.
Parking is not permitted on neighboring streets.
Rideshare & Drop-Off Zones
We’ve made it simple for guests using Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services to arrive and depart with ease.
Designated drop-off and pick-up zones will be clearly marked near the venue entrance to help maintain smooth traffic flow. Please follow all event signage and staff directions when arriving or leaving via rideshare.
