Where is the venue?
Tahoe Live takes place at Palisades Tahoe – 1960 Olympic Valley Road, Olympic Valley, CA 96146 — nestled in the heart of the stunning Sierra Nevada mountains.
Once home to the 1960 Winter Olympics, Palisades Tahoe is now an iconic year-round destination where alpine beauty meets festival energy. Towering peaks, crisp mountain air, and breathtaking views make this the perfect backdrop for music, adventure, and connection.
We’re proud to call this incredible mountain valley home, and we can’t wait for you to experience it too.

Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
This is an 18+ event.

When do doors open?
Doors open at 3:00 PM and the show wraps at 10:00 PM each night, December 12th–14th, 2025. Arrive early to take in the mountain views, catch the opening artists, and get settled before peak hours between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

How do I check into the event?
To check in for the event, simply bring your phone with your event pass ready to scan at the entrance gate. We recommend taking a screenshot of your ticket before arriving at the festival, as cell service may be limited in the area.

Is camping allowed?
Camping is not permitted at Palisades Tahoe.

What is Tixel?
Tixel is a safe and transparent event marketplace that allows fans to easily exchange tickets.

How do I list my ticket on Tixel?
Head to https://tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.

What if I've already found a buyer? Can I exchange my ticket privately on Tixel?
Yes. During the listing process, select the option to make the listing private. Only people who have your unique ticket link will be able to buy your ticket.

How do I join the waitlist on Tixel?
Head to the Tahoe Live Tixel Page and select “Join the Waitlist”. You can then pre-authorize payment for your preferred ticket types or simply sign up to receive alerts for when tickets become available.

Setting up an auto-purchase on Tixel
To give yourself the best chance of getting a ticket you can set up an auto-purchase on Tixel by clicking ‘join the waitlist’ then ‘set up auto-purchase’. Select the ticket you want, the quantity and then the price you are willing to pay up to a maximum of 20% above the original face value. If another fan lists a ticket, you’ll automatically purchase it if your price matches theirs. You can choose when your auto-purchase expires, and your card won’t be charged after that.

How do I buy a ticket on Tixel?
Head to Tahoe Live Tixel Page and select the ticket type you’re looking for. Here, you can safely purchase tickets from other fans. If no tickets are available, you can join the waitlist and pre-authorize payment or set up alerts for when tickets become available.

How do I download my ticket?
Login to Tixel, go to the Purchased Tickets section in your account, and download the ticket.

Can I bring a reusable water bottle?
Absolutely — and we highly encourage it!
You may bring:
- Reusable water bottles (must be empty upon entry)
- Hydration backpacks with a removable, transparent bladder (must be empty upon entry and are subject to inspection)
Free water refill stations will be available throughout the festival grounds, making it easy to stay hydrated sustainably.

What’s the best way to stay hydrated during the festival?
Bring a reusable bottle or hydration pack, take regular water breaks between sets, and refill often at our free water stations. Remember: staying hydrated keeps you dancing longer and feeling your best at high elevation!

Where can I refill my water bottle?
Free water refill stations will be located throughout the festival grounds. Look for signage near major walkways and food vendors. Our goal is to make refilling quick, easy, and eco-friendly.

Will there be first aid stations?
Yes. First aid stations will be clearly marked on site and indicated on the festival map. If you need assistance, look for the nearest staff member or security personnel.

Is there disability / ADA access?
Yes! Tahoe Live is ADA-compliant, and our goal is to ensure every guest has an enjoyable and comfortable festival experience.
There will be a designated accessible viewing area to ensure all fans can fully enjoy their time at Palisades Tahoe.

ADA Wristbands
Guests with disabilities wishing to utilize the ADA viewing areas will be required to acquire an ADA Wristband. This wristband is acquired onsite at the box office.- ADA Wristbands are valid for the duration of the festival.
- DO NOT remove your wristband for the duration of the festival.
- One (1) ADA Companion Wristband will be issued per ADA patron.
If a person with a disability wishes to change their companions, they can obtain a new ADA companion wristband by returning the formerly used wristband to the box office, where it will be replaced. We are unable to reissue any ADA wristband(s) unless the original wristband(s) is brought back to us to be reissued.
ADA Viewing Areas
Accessible viewing areas for guests with disabilities and their one (1) companion who may need access will be made available. For information on how to gain access to this area, please visit us at the box office.Rules
- Companions may be asked to stand in the back of the viewing area if capacity is reached.
- Attendees are not allowed to save spots.
- Do not block the view of the guests behind you.
- All seating is first come, first served.

Balls or Frisbees
Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, SWAT, fire, security, or medical)

Glass, cans, cups or coolers
Illegal substances
Laser pointers and air horns
Markers, pens or spray paint
Massagers
Outside food or beverages
Over-the-counter medication
Pets (guide/service dogs OK)
Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)
Red-colored light-up wands, batons, or lightsabers

Tents, large umbrellas, chairs, or blankets
Toy guns, water guns, slingshots
Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

Are Totems Allowed?
We accept flags, decorated pool noodles, and totems that do not contain metal pieces, sharpened elements, or anything capable of being pounded into the ground or potentially injuring others. Totems and flags without these elements are considered safe and permitted when following the guidelines below.
Approved Guidelines:
• Maximum height: 10 feet
• Materials: Must be made from lightweight materials such as foam or PVC
• Pole diameter: No thicker than one inch
• No solid metal pieces of any kind
• Decorated pool noodles are highly recommendedNot Permitted:
• Any items containing dangerous components
• Anything promoting illegal activity or hate speechAll totems and flags are subject to inspection upon entry.
Any totem presented over ten feet in height or not meeting the above safety requirements must either be:
• Amended to comply with the guidelines
• Returned to your vehicle
• Stored at Lost & Found for later pickup
